Victoria Beckham's New Perfume: A Trio of Fragrances Inspired by Her Life
Our favourite designer, Victoria Beckham has launched her first fragrance collection, a trio of scents inspired by her life and career. The three perfumes, Portofino '97, Suite 302, and San Ysidro Drive, are all genderless and encapsulate different stages of Beckham's journey.
Portofino '97 is a woody citrus scent that Beckham describes as an ode to her early days with her husband David. The couple met when Beckham was part of the biggest pop group in the world and David was a massive football star. The perfume features notes of bergamot, black pepper, incense, amber, patchouli, and vetiver.
Suite 302 is an intoxicating floral scent inspired by Beckham's whirlwind weekends in Paris. The perfume features notes of black cherry, red peppercorn, rose centifolia, midnight violet, narcotic musk, papyrus, black leather, and masculine tobacco leaf.
San Ysidro Drive is a bright and sunny scent that Beckham describes as a nostalgic nod to a new chapter in her life. The perfume features notes of passionfruit, peony, ocean air, vanilla, and amber.
Beckham worked closely with perfumer Jérôme Épinette to create the three fragrances. The perfumes are all housed in sleek and minimalist bottles that reflect Beckham's fabulous signature style.
